Test Results
The live ammunition shooting test shows that Composite Plate of PE and Ceramic(Sample), can effectively prevent the penetration of bullet caliber of 7.62x39mm bullet, fired by AK47 7.62mm Rifle, at the distance of 15m from the muzzle of the test weapon. Test condition is normal temperature (natural temperature). The maximum deformation depth is 29.0mm. the ballistic protection performance meets level III requirements of NIJ standard-0101.04 ballistic resistance of personal Body Armor.
